| This 1880 m2 (22,000 sq.ft.)
facility will be the regional sales and repair centre for Nortrax heavy
equipment. |

Siting was difficult
because of a stream 6 m (20 ft.) below the grade at the building and
the need for transport trailers to manouver. This required extensive
backfilling to extend the top of the bank. |
To upgrade the appearance of this
regional head office, a curtain wall system was employed in the office area
which complimented the other exterior materials
