The project had 3 distinct phases. The first involved
demolition of a small front office module and construction of a new 300m2 (3200
sq. ft.) showroom. This work gave the dealership a contemporary street presence.

The second phase involved installation of a new second level as part of the
existing industrial building to create customer and staff spaces on the lower
level and executive offices above. This part of the work produced a new
corporate image for the inside of the facility
The third phase involved renovations to the service bays and parts department to
allow for more efficient work flows and to update mechanical and electrical
systems. |
