ARCHITECT

This two-storey, 20,000 sq. ft. (1,850 M2) building was the home for a computer company. Thus the spaces had to handle sales, hardware repair, software development as well as administrative offices.

The challenge was to fit this building on an extremely narrow lot. The solution was to place the entrance within a large brick arch, half way down the facade and then turn it 45 degrees to give street presence. The result is simple and successful.
