MARSHBORO

This century old stone home had been vacant for many years. To prevent further decay the owner had installed a new roof and windows. The interior had been stripped back to the original stone and studs.

The goal was to turn the building into four one-bedroom apartments while creating a new exterior image that was both appropriate for the building but also more contemporary and functional.
