On a very steeply sloping site, this group of seven town houses step down the
street. The challenge was to obtain the high visual aesthetic required while
maintaining the stability of the site grading.
Designed on only a 16 ft. (5 m) width, these units contain over 2,000 sq.ft.
(185 m2) of space.
