ARCHITECT

The program required 14 high-end, individually owned townhouses of 1,600 sq. ft. (150 m2) to be placed on a site exposed to two major roads. Privacy for the rear yards was achieved by wood screens, earth berms and careful landscaping.

Columns, shed roofs, bay windows and subtle brick detailing were repeated elements arranged in different ways to achieve variety within a unified appearance.
