CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL
SUBTLE ELEGANCE

| This infill site is located within an established
older neighbourhood and so this 3,250 sq.ft. (300 m2) home given an older,
more formal facade. It was essential to preserve the existing major trees and
to fortify privacy with a surrounding fence and landscape planting. |
This
home reflects the very specific lifestyle of it's Owners. The 'cube' at the main
entry has a hidden closet door but its main function is a display area for the
couples photography which they produce in a separate photography set-up room. Almost all of the doors are pocket doors to control the movements of the family
pets and a special 'Kitty Bathroom' was constructed to help with care of the
pet. |
