Ontario Charity Gaming Club Proposal Prototype

The RFP was in response to a call by the Government of Ontario with the aim of establishing 44
permanent charity casinos around the province. The first phase of our work involved designing three prototype casinos at 24,000 sq.ft. (2,000 m2), 20,000 sq.ft. (1,800 m2) and 16,000 sq.ft.(1,400 m2).

We then produced a computer walk through of the exterior and interior of one of these facilities. Lastly; we examined over twenty possible casino sites and where the project would have gone into an existing building, we modified the prototypes to fit the existing condition.
